ACCOUNT
Your service account information
and personal information is deleted after three (3) days unless you are on the
membership program.
BANKING
This service requires banking
(preferably Online Banking) to ensure payments are made in a safe and secure
way.
BAHAMIANS (LOCALS, CITIZENS, FOREIGNERS IN THE BAHAMAS)
This typing service is a Bahamian
based service, as such the layouts, word formatting etc. are up to Bahamian
standards.
CLIENT SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied with
your document, a legitimate reason must be given. If the reason is accepted, the typist will
give the client an extra three (3) rounds of correction service in order to
troubleshoot any problems and to give the client the satisfaction desired.
It is recommended that the client ask as many clear and concise questions as possible to ensure the typist understands what the client requires. Also please analyze the layout samples on the site to attain a clearer idea of what your document will basically look like once completed.
CORRECTION SERVICE
Once document has been typed
client will receive a sample via whatsapp or email to check. If corrections are required, the client must
inform the typist. The typist gives a
maximum of 3 rounds of corrections.
After the 3rd time, the typist will NOT make any further
corrections. You will be notified how
many rounds of corrections have been made until all rounds are used or approval
is given. Please take your time to read
and check your documents properly. The
typist will NOT be responsible for any errors after the correction service.
DELAY OF SERVICE
The typist will notify the client
if there are any unforeseeable problems that may/will cause a delay in service
(electricity/internet/wifi/backup of documents/clientele, ETC.)
FOREIGNERS
If the client is a foreigner (not
Bahamian or a resident of the Bahamas) documents can still be typed if the
typist approves. The prices are the same
for foreign nationals unless there are banking charges that need to be covered.
HACKING
The typist is not responsible for
any hacking/cyber issues.
HARASSMENT
Any form of harassment will
result in your number being blocked.
This is a business.
NON-APPROVED DOCUMENTS
The typist reserves the right to
not type ANY document after assessment for any reason and the typist does not
have to give an explanation beyond it not being an Approved Document in the
assessment phase.
PLAGIARISM/FORGING DOCUMENTS
No plagiarism or forging of
documents
PRINTING ISSUES
This business is NOT a
printing/scanning/copy service, it is Typing Only.
The typist is not at fault for any printing issues or layout issues caused by any printing services you engage.
PRIVACY & DELETION OF INFORMATION
All documents are confidential
and deleted in three (3) days or sooner if requested. Your number is also deleted after a period of
time.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once funds have been deposited to
the account, there is absolutely NO refund.
Upon receiving your assessment in the first step of the process, you must decide if you want the service or not because when the funds have been deposited to the account, the typist will immediately create your document. As such, the typist’s time is being used.
If you decide you want to cancel the service during the typing process, you have automatically forfeited the funds and your information/contact will be deleted. So please be certain you desire the service BEFORE depositing the funds and squandering the typist’s time.
SERVICE TIME FRAME
The client will receive his/her
sample document to review within the time frame the client gives at the
assessment. The typist reserves the
right to extend the time if need be without repercussions. The client will be informed if there is any
delay.
TRAVEL
Should the typist be traveling,
the typist will inform the client in advance if she will be able to assist
where she is or will recommend a company.
WIRE TRANSFER
Should client wire transfer the funds, the client will have to wait for service until the funds are cleared completely.
